Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. You cannot use this website or place any orders if you do not accept these terms. Therefore proceeding to use and purchase through this website indicates that you have both read and accepted these terms.


The terms and conditions mentioned henceforth apply to any products or services purchased from S&S Furniture Hub Ltd. via this website (www.ssfurniturehub.com).  S&S Furniture Hub Ltd. owns and operates this website.

S&S Furniture Hub Ltd. is a registered business name and legal entity, registered in England and Wales under company registration number 09487612. 

All references to “we”, “us”, “our”, “SS Furniture Hub”, “S&S Furniture Hub”, or the abbreviation “SSFH” will refer to S&S Furniture Hub Ltd. All references to “you”, “your”, “customer”, or “buyer” will refer to you, the person using this website.


Our Agreement

By placing an order through www.ssfurniturehub.co.uk you warrant that;

  1.  You are lawfully capable of entering a legally binding contract between yourself and S&S Furniture Hub Ltd.
  2.  You are at least 18 years old

Your order constitutes an offer with which you buy products and services from SS Furniture Hub. Your offer is subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer at our discretion. You will receive confirmation of your order via email. A contract is formed between us only after we successfully send the order confirmation email.


Order Confirmation Email

An order confirmation email is a legally binding contract between SS Furniture Hub and you. Within 24 hours of placing an order, an order confirmation email is sent.  It confirms successful placement of your order on our website.

Upon sending the order confirmation email, your order is placed under process.

Order confirmation email will include the following:

  •    Your order number 
  •    Your purchased product 
  •    Order quantity 
  •    Product price
  •    Delivery/ shipping details
  •    Payment method
  •    Your answered questionnaire 
  •    Your contact details
  •    Your billing and shipping address 

If any of the information is incorrect in the order confirmation email you receive, please notify us immediately so we can make the necessary changes.

Failure to supply all the required information may result in the order confirmation email not being sent, and may affect your estimated delivery time.

*We will also send an email to you if your order is not approved. In such a case, you should contact us via phone or email.


Product Details and Availability

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the website due to differences in monitor manufacturers, monitor settings, or browsers. All images on our website are subject to copyright law.

All products shown on the website are for purchase but occasionally may be out of stock. If you placed an order for a product that is currently out of stock, you will be informed via email and all payments made will be refunded within a 48 hour period.

Some of the products we sell are supplied directly from the manufacturers within the UK or other countries across the world. This can heavily influence stock availability. Any product that is unavailable due to being sold out can be pre-ordered with a 25% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable after 3 working days. You will be asked to pay in full once the product is back in stock.



Each product you purchase is subject to the price in place at the time of your order, which includes VAT. Changes in VAT rates may reflect on the price of our products. You will be affected by these price changes only if you have not paid for the product in full, or if you have not placed an order as of yet.

You can make payments by cheque or online via PayPal using a Debit/Credit card. PayPal is a recognised platform for secure online payments. It protects both SS Furniture Hub and our customers.

We will not accept part payments for products due to personal circumstances such as bankruptcy. We will not accept fake payments or fraudulent activities and may take appropriate legal action.



We will dispatch your order within 3-7 working days unless the product is sourced from outside the UK, in which case dispatch can take up to 3 weeks. Confirmation of dispatch times will be noted in your order confirmation email.

We make every effort possible to deliver your order on the arranged date and time.  If for some reason we cannot deliver or dispatch your order within this timeframe we will inform you via email or phone call.

All delivery dates are estimated and are therefore not guaranteed.

We will deliver your order to the address provided in the order confirmation email.  Should you wish to change your delivery address; provide us with the new delivery address within 3 working days of receiving your order confirmation email. After the delivery address change, you will be reissued a new order confirmation email. A delivery address change may affect the estimated delivery time.

We ask that you make a clear path for the delivery team, as they can refuse to assist carrying products into any house or building if it is not safe to do so. The delivery team will not be responsible for removing doors, windows or frames. Access to your property is solely your responsibility. We will charge you a percentage of the product price for a product returned to us due to wrong measurements or size. The amount charged will depend on the nature and price of the product.

In some cases, we may use a third-party delivery or courier service depending on the product ordered. In such a case we will inform you within 24 hours of your order confirmation email.

Delivery charges will apply to deliver orders outside London’s m25.  We will inform you of the delivery charges when you place the order.

If you are outside London’s m25 you will be charged standard delivery charges when you order multiple products for the same day, same address delivery. You will be charged separate delivery charges when you request us to deliver products separately.

We do not accept any responsibility for any damage to your property during a delivery unless it is due to our negligence. In such cases, our liability is only for repair, not betterment.

After the delivery, the products will be your responsibility.  You will have ownership of the products once you have paid all charges in full, including any delivery charges.



We advise you to keep all proofs of your orders.

It is your responsibility to inform us about any damaged or wrong product delivered. You can return and cancel your order within 14 days of the delivery if the product is damaged or is not the product that you ordered.

We will repair, replace or refund damaged products where the damage is due to a fault of the manufacturer or our negligence. A refund of the total amount paid will be returned to the customer within 30 days including any delivery charges paid.

You must return all the products in their original condition and packaging, or any similar packaging that is sufficient for keeping the products safe and free from damage

We will charge you a collection fee if under any special circumstances we have agreed to collect a delivered product from you.

In any case, the product is your responsibility until collected. We will only collect products from the delivery address given on the order confirmation email unless agreed otherwise and a suitable day will be arranged. If your circumstances change and you are no longer available on the date and time agreed, you should notify us immediately or within 48 hours. If you have not informed us that you will be absent on the day of collection; you will be charged again for another collection date.

You must make sure your residence or building is clear of restrictions and obstacles giving the delivery team clear access. The delivery team can refuse collection if there is no clear pathway or if there are obstacles or hazards in the way.

Upon acceptance of a refund, we will refund the necessary amount to the same sort code and account number (if paid by cheque) or the same PayPal account that the purchase was made with.

The return policies mentioned above do not include the following:

  •    If we have sourced the product
  •    The product was custom built or modified according to your specifications
  •    Any product that has been dismantled to grant access or cannot be dismantled after being assembled



Our rights to cancel

We can cancel your order at any time if you breach any of our terms and conditions.

We can also cancel your order if you fail to pay for products due to personal circumstances such as bankruptcy or if you are involved in fraudulent activities or fake payments.

If we are going to cancel your order, we will inform you via email or in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time.

We advise that customers retain all necessary information for orders whether by writing or email.  Upon cancellation, we may require an admin fee for all of our correspondence sent to you in writing.

Your rights to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the statutory right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you decide to cancel your order, we ask you to let us know your reason to do so.

Upon agreement of cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

If you require us to collect any cancelled orders, after delivery and the products have no defect and are not incorrect, you will be charged a collection fee.

Please take reasonable care of all products you choose to cancel, as we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the products delivered.

Your rights for cancellation can be refused for the following reasons:

  •    If we have sourced the product
  •    The product was custom built or modified according to your specifications
  •    Any product that has been dismantled to grant access or cannot be dismantled after being assembled


Privacy and Data Protection

All information about our customers is kept private and confidential. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Personal information of all customers is used by authorised employees of SS Furniture Hub, in response to an inquiry, or request for information on a product, or in regards to delivered products.

We may issue newsletters, emails, or text messages to customers informing them of any new products, special deals, or discounts that we are offering. For newsletters, we collect only your name and email address.

In some cases, we may ask you to complete a questionnaire. The information you provide will be used towards providing a better service for all of our customers.

During our online payment process, the information required is your full name, address, contact number, email address & Credit/Debit card details. By law, we are not permitted by any means to pass on any personal information to third-party companies unless advised by the customer in any case.

SS Furniture hub will not store Debit/Credit card or PayPal information once a sale has been approved.


Force Majeure

SS Furniture Hub will not be held to be in breach of any of its obligations under the contract as a result of any impediment in performing or any failure to perform any such obligations by reason of any cause or event beyond SS Furniture Hubs control. These events include but are not limited to network failures, accidents, fires, explosions, floods, natural disasters, strikes, riots, storms, terrorism, earthquakes, war, acts of God, acts of parliament or government, and other uncontrollable external circumstances. In case, any such event occurs and prevents or slows down the delivery of a product we cannot be held liable for loss of profits, revenue, sales, income, business, loss of savings, loss of reproduction, indirect or consequential losses.


Intellectual Property Rights

S&S Furniture Hub reserves all of its rights in this website. All registered or unregistered intellectual property rights including but not limited to copyright, design rights, trademarks, and patents belong to S&S Furniture Hub or third parties. Nothing in these terms and conditions grants you a licence or the right to use any trademark, or copyright owned by us or any other third-party licensor except when explicitly authorised by the rightful copyright owner.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The use of this website and the terms and conditions on this page are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.



S&S Furniture Hub Ltd. reserves the right to add, delete or otherwise modify any portion of this website (including the terms and conditions) in whole or in part at any time with or without prior notice to you. Any and all changes take effect as and when they are made available. Your continued use of this website shall represent your acceptance of such terms and conditions.
